Hi, I’m Betty Tew, a writer with a lifelong passion for putting ideas, stories, and information into words. My education includes a bachelor’s degree in English, a certificate in Business and Technical Writing, and several courses in marketing, copywriting, and web technologies.
I have worked for several large companies and small businesses, both as a freelancer and as a contract consultant. I’ve designed and written content and websites for such companies as:

During my early career, I helped IT companies introduce new technology and services by writing user and product guides. In 2005, my work shifted to websites and online content. As a content developer for new technology products, I honed my skills as an investigator and a translator, getting information out of a techie’s head and into the words of the business audience.
